Acutize is released in my country?

Acutize isn’t already available in all Countries. We are available on App Store or Google Play Store in:

  • United States
  • Italy

Is my device supported?

Acutize is supported on most Android, iPhone smartphones. We support:

  • Smartphone Android 4.1+
  • iPhone iOS 8+

Note: The tablets Android and iPad devices are not supported at this time.

How do I install Acutize?

Please follow the right steps of your operating system to install Acutize.

iOS

  • Download Acutize from the App Store This will navigate you to Acutize in Google Play where you can Download. Or you can search Acutize and download it.
  • Tap the Get button and the Install button.
  • Acutize should now be installed on your phone and you can begin play.

Android

  • Download Acutize on your Android phone here. This will navigate you to Acutize in Google Play where you can Download. Or you can search Acutize and download it.
  • Tap the Install button.
  • Acutize should now be installed on your phone and you can begin play.

I’m having trouble downloading or updating Acutize from Google Play. What should I do?

If you are experiencing issues when updating Acutize from the Google Play Store and are seeing any of the following errors, please read further:

Error Codes

  • “There is insufficient space on the device”
  • “This App is incompatible with your Android Device”
  • “This item isn’t available in your country”

If your case is not listed above, please check the Google Play Help Center for troubleshooting steps.

Error Codes

For error codes: 413, 481, 491, 492, 921, 927 and 941

  1. Remove your Google Account by going to Settings > Accounts > Google > and select your account.
  2. Tap on the Menu Button and select Remove Account.
  3. Reboot your device and navigate back to Accounts and add your Google Account back.
  4. Clear the cache stored in your Google Play Store App by going to device Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Clear Cache and also Clear Data.
  5. Try downloading again.

For error codes: 101, 498 and 919

Please follow the instructions in the section “There is insufficient space on the device” below and try installing Acutize again.

For error codes: 403, 495, 504, 911, 920, 923, RPC errors, Package file invalid, installation or download unsuccessful errors

  • Follow the instructions in the section “There is insufficient space on the device” to make sure you have enough space on your device and try installing Acutize again.
  • Try downloading again.

There is insufficient space on the device.

If you are unable to install Acutize due to insufficient space on your device, you may try to clear Google Play Store’s cache and data:

  • Go to your device Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Clear Cache and also Clear Data.
  • Reboot your device, then try installing Acutize again.

If you are still unable to install Acutize, here are some tips on how to create free space on your phone:

  • Clear device cache by going to Settings > Storage > tap on Cached Data.
  • Move data and apps to your external SD card.
  • Delete old data and apps you are no longer using.

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you exactly how much free space you will need to make, but Google recommends a minimum of 1 GB of free space when installing or updating apps.

This App is incompatible with your Android Device

If you are seeing the error message: “This App is incompatible with your Android Device”, see the section “Is my device supported?”

This item isn’t available in your country If you see a “Not available in your country” error, or if the Google Play Help Center troubleshooting tips did not help, probably your Google Play Account is configured in a country where we don’t still release Acutize.

I’m having trouble with the Acutize app. What do I do?

If you experience any issues while using the Acutize app, there are a few steps below that you can perform in order to remedy the situation.

Android:

  1. Update to the latest version of the app. Open the Google Play app and search for “Acutize”. Select the app, then touch “Update”.
  2. Restart your device. To restart most Android devices, press and hold the Power button until the Phone Options menu appears > touch “Restart”

iOS:

  1. Update to the latest version of the app. Open the App Store and tap Updates. If updates are available, tap Update All. Your device will then download and install the app updates.
  2. Force close the app completely. To force close the app:
    • From the Home screen double-click the Home button to view all recently used apps
    • Swipe up on the Acutize Mobile preview to close the app
    • Double-click the Home button to return to the Home screen and then try opening the app again
  3. Restart your mobile device. To restart your device:
    • Turn the device off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appear
    • Slide your finger across the slider and device will turn off after a few moments
    • Turn the device on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears

How do I update the Acutize app?

We’re constantly working to improve our mobile app, so it’s important to make sure you have the current version. In addition to new features, updating the app will often solve any issues that you’re experiencing.

Please note: due to the size of the app, it is often best to update when connected to a WiFi network

iOS

  • Open the App Store and then tapping Updates
  • Scroll down until you find Acutize Mobile and tap the Update button on the left

Android

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Touch the Play Store icon > My Apps to view your downloaded apps. Apps with available updates are labeled “Update”.
  • Find and touch “Acutize”, then touch Update

What happens to my data if I delete Acutize Mobile?

Uninstalling the Acutize mobile app, or resetting your device to the factory settings will delete and lose the whole Acutize data.

How do I reinstall Acutize?

Please follow the right steps of your operating system to delete and reinstall Acutize.

### iOS

  1. Uninstalling Acutize
    • Touch and hold the Acutize icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle.
    • Tap the x in the corner of the Acutize icon.
    • Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data.
    • Press the Home button.
  2. Installing Acutize
    • Re-download Acutize from the App Store This will navigate you to Acutize in Google Play where you can Download. Or you can search Acutize and download it.
    • Tap the Get button and the Install button.
    • Acutize should now be installed on your phone and you can begin play.

Android

  1. Uninstalling Acutize
    • Go to Settings > Applications > Acutize > Uninstall.
    • Reboot your phone.
  2. Installing Acutize
    • Download Acutize on your Android phone here(link Google Play Store). This will navigate you to Acutize in Google Play where you can Download. Or you can search Acutize and download it.
    • Tap the Install button.
    • Acutize should now be installed on your phone and you can begin play.

How do I uninstall the Acutize app?

You can remove the Acutize app from your phone with a few simple steps. Please keep in mind that deleting the app from your phone will cause it to lose whole Acutize data. The local app data includes your Workout Week progress, your Best score stats, and game level progress.

iOS

  1. Find the Acutize app icon on your device
  2. Touch and hold the app icon until it starts to wobble
  3. Tap the “X” icon to delete the app

Android

  1. Go to Settings > Applications > Acutize > Uninstall.
  2. Reboot your phone.

How do I uninstall the Acutize app?

Please control your device volume is not turned off. If it still does not work you can check the Acutize sound settings:

  1. From the main menu, tap the Profile icon and then select Settings
  2. Turn ON the Sound
